The Services Publics + Programme

The Institut national du patrimoine, as a State entity, participates in the Services Publics + programme, a programme for the continuous improvement of public services that aims to offer users services that are less distant, simpler and more efficient, and invites them to share their experiences on a dedicated platform.

The programme aims to meet the following 8 commitments:

  2. You can contact your public services easily

  3. You will receive support tailored to your personal situation

  4. Your request is processed within the given timeframe

  5. You receive clear, simple and accessible information
